IMPORTANT PRODUCT & USAGE INFORMATION
The supply and sale of products and components by Kingley Vale Lime & Flint, whether ordered via our website, by telephone, or from our yard, does not constitute a specification. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all materials are suitable for their intended application and project requirements.
Every effort is made to accurately represent the colour, texture, and characteristics of our products. However, due to variations in display technology and the nature of natural materials, we strongly recommend that samples are purchased and tested in situ prior to placing a full order.
We advise that all products are used and applied by a competent contractor experienced in appropriate and traditional building methods, with the necessary skills, knowledge, and qualifications.
Many of our products are derived from natural raw materials and may vary slightly in colour, texture, and consistency between batches. While we maintain strict quality control procedures, we recommend testing materials in situ to assess suitability and purchasing sufficient quantities from the same batch to complete the work. Kingley Vale Lime & Flint cannot guarantee uniformity of appearance across different batches.
Any guidance or information provided by Kingley Vale Lime & Flint, whether verbally or in writing, is given in good faith but does not constitute professional or technical advice. Responsibility for specification and application rests with the purchaser and/or their appointed contractor.
