E'GRID 3030 – Premium Biaxial Geogrid

A high-performance polypropylene geogrid engineered for ground reinforcement and sub-base stabilisation in civil and infrastructure projects. Its square, biaxial structure enables strong soil interlock and load dispersion, making it ideal for haul roads, working platforms, pavements, compounds, car parks, and other heavy-duty applications.

• Balanced tensile strength – 30 kN/m in both machine (MD) and cross-machine (CMD) directions
• Tensile load capacities:
• At 2% strain: 11 kN/m (MD & CMD)
• At 5% strain: 21.6 kN/m (MD & CMD) 
• Square aperture design – 40 mm × 40 mm, delivering efficient aggregate interlock and enhanced shearing resistance 
• High junction efficiency – 95% for robust grid integrity under load 
• Radial stiffness – 620 kN/m, ensuring grid resilience and performance under multiaxial stress 
• Elongation – Maximum elongation of approximately 15% in MD and 13% in CMD
• Weight per roll – Approx. 62 kg (±10%)
