Returns & Refund Policy

You have 28 calendar days to return any goods that you are not satisfied with from the date you received them.

You must inform us within 7 days if you wish to return a product by emailing us at info@kingleyvalelimeandflint.co.uk.

Your goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return (unless it was our error).

When we have received the return, we will inspect the goods and will notify you of the decision depending on the condition we receive them in.

If your refund is approved we will refund you to your original method of payment, the original shipping costs if any will be deducted from the refund. You should receive your refund within 14 days depending on your card issuers policies.

We will not accept any returns if the goods are damaged in transit.

Please note dry powder products and paint are non-refundable.

Delivery terms and conditions

Collection of Goods can be made by you collecting the Goods during our opening times at our premises.

Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods however caused.  We use a third party for the majority of our deliveries and sometimes incidents happen that are out of our control, if this is the case we will inform you as soon as we are made aware and notify you of the new delivery date. 

If Goods are unable to be delivered or left in a safe place they may be taken back to the depot and re-delivered on another day which would incur extra charges.
